- Project Details: This project involves the complete rehabilitation of two twelve story apartment buildings with attached parking garages and centralized community center. The high rise buildings will provide luxury apartment units to an upscale rental market and include on site amenities such as fitness center, dry cleaning, beauty salon, deli, etc. The existing grade level parking garages will be expanded to include a second level of parking with the incorporation of a landscaped plaza for purposes of buffering the vehicles and the apartment units. The poured in place reinforced concrete structures will welcome a new panelized EIFS skin from the third floor to the roof, while the first three floors, including the new porte-cochere, may employ a more durable stone-like material for those of us who like to touch our buildings. In total, approximately 675,500 square feet of renovation and expansion will be involved in the rehabilitation of these buildings.
