• Project Details: This 8,000 square foot one story pediatrics facility, the first building in the notable Mullica Hill Tomlin Station Commerce Center, provides a comfortable "residential like" appearance in a commercial setting. The classical details incorporated into every façade of the building were an absolute must to meet the stringent requirements of the Harrison Township Planning Board. The landmark tower element, at the northeast corner, is a wonderful children's play space in the "well waiting" area, which incorporates colorful mobiles hanging above at the upper portion of the tower. The staff is provided with a private outdoor covered patio, directly accessible from the lunch room through sliding doors, whereby they can enjoy an outdoor break in favorable weather conditions. Lastly, the HVAC system for this building is geothermal based.
