• Project Details: This 77,000 square foot office, warehouse and showroom facility provides a 30’-0" clear height for the storage, distribution and sales display of residential and commercial "knock-down" furniture. This building was designed with a Butler delta-joist roof which provided some economy to the overall steel framing system. The exterior tilt-up concrete wall system incorporates numerous accent bands, two of which have been painted bright red in an attempt to create a more retail like image. Also, red aluminum storefront windows have been incorporated for the very same reason.
