• Project Details: This 60,000 square foot five story speculative office building is poised for occupancy by Delaware Valley's finest Fortune 500 companies. The site is located at West Deptford  Township's Riverwinds overlooking the Delaware River and easterly of the Philadelphia International Airport. The proposed building façade is a combination of punched windows in tilt-up concrete and tinted glass curtainwall.
