West Deptford Pediatrics

• Project Details: This 10,000 square foot two story pediatrics facility provides for all patient care functions at the first level with doctors offices and administrative functions on the second level, accessible via an elevator for moving staff and a dumbwaiter for moving patient files. In an effort to create a non-institutional looking facility, a residential character was created through the use of maintenance free materials such as aluminum clad wood windows, vinyl siding, synthetic stone watertable, and textural asphalt shingles. The exit stair, highlighted as a tower element, capped with copper colored standing seam metal roof and weathervane is a focal point of the buildings design.
